coming out of the closet, my junk

i thought i'd take on a massive undertaking today. i tried to organize the closet. let me just say that this one day ordeal is turning into a two day ordeal. sorting through all of the junk took forever and i'm only done with one side right now. i still have jeremy's half, my coats, boxes of games, and suitcases to go through. i'd kill for a walk-in closet right now.

i was watching the news and noticed that there was a decrease in mortgage rates again. now is the time to buy a house. unfortunately, we don't have any money to put down for a down payment. we need roughly a year and a half of savings from me working. i probably won't get a full time job till the end of the summer at least.

since i cleared out a good portion of my side of the closet, i decided i needed more t-shirts for the summer. i went to old navy this afternoon and bought two more cotton t-shirts. while i was there, i got jeremy a short sleeved collared shirt as well as two sleeveless shirts for basketball and basketball shorts.

i thought i might be done with the closet after jeremy got back from basketball but i was still in the muck of it. we had chicken ceasar salads for dinner and jeremy rented treasure planet. it was terribly boring disney flick..much like the rest of them. i think the last one that came out that i liked was lilo and stitch. i think i'll see that nemo movie too when it comes out on video. it seems like all their good work is going into the computer animated features.

we're having a network party tomorrow! wohooo! gonna play wolf 3-d hopefully with 4v4 or even possibly 5v5. there was also talk of a game called 1942. it sounded interesting. we're playing at our friend eric's place so we have to haul up two computers, two monitors, a folding table, and a lap top. wish i had a lap top. hell, a flat panel would be nice as well. i don't mind hauling my computer around. it's the monitor that is a bitch to get a grip on.

don't know what to do now. i'm either going to take a shower, finish cleaning the closet, or play on my computer some more.
