i didn't change the interface much since i can't seem to come up with anything worthwhile.
my next mission is to do some updates..
wish i knew how to do some cgi scripts now that i have access.
yesterday, jerms and i pulled out all of my boxes from storage. i went through all of them and picked out what i needed to bring to austin... we repacked the "storage" stuff and put them back into storage. there's a lot of room now. i'm taking like 10 boxes of stuff.
i made a list of essential things i need to bring up on the first round of my move... THIS WEEKEND!

work sucked as usual.
a few of us went to applebees for lunch. the service was something awful.
i'm usually very generous when it comes to waiters and waitresses...
but this lady topped it all off...
first she treated us like we were annoying her by ordering food.
she then only gave me half my order and never asked us how anything was
going.. the whole time she ignored us when we tried to speak to her..
anyhow, i only left a 1.00 tip. two people didn't leave a tip at all...and one girl left
a 25 cent tip. they say you should at least leave a 1 cent tip so that she or he knows you thought they sucked ass...otherwise it may be misconstrued as you being a cheapo...
i only measure the tip scale by two things...
attitude of the server.
amount of times my dr pepper get refilled.
i downloaded this megamix for the moulin rouge.. it doesn't have any of the songs from
the movie though.. odd.
i think i'll go surf the internet now..catch up on some news.

i watched this show on tv about american's going mad and doing horrible things
out of rage.
the first slot was about a woman who got into a fender bender with another woman she was in a car war with... one woman got out of her car and started to confront the other.. the second woman grabbed a gun from her glove compartment and
ended up shooting the other woman... which she claims was in self-defense.
she was charged with manslaughter and setenced to 13 years.
the second was about a boy who was afraid to fly.
he ended up going balistic when they took off and tried to high jack the plane.
several passengers tried to subdue him but he kept trying to enter the cockpit.
the ended up beating and suffocating him to death.

i'm thinking about getting one of those betta fish that
live off a host plant in a vase. i've seen a couple of them..
i just don't know if i can keep both the plant and the fish alive..
i can barely keep my basil plant going.
hell, i think cats are easier to take care of than fish..
except for the poo clean up.
guess i'll think about it some more.

my brother has 50 gigs of anime...
i only sampled a tiny portion. i finally got to see a ranma episode.
very funny stuff.
i also saw a few episodes of rurouni kenshin..
bad ass stuff.
i have the dvd movie.. i think the episodes are better..
i'm going through my anime mp3s now..
my work doesn't have internet..hence no lj at work..
bum.
we prolly won't get any till the end of this month.. when i need to be
leaving for austin.
all that stuff still needs to work itself out...
hopefully it won't cause me too much worrying.

whew..what a weekend.
i went home to pack up some stuff.
my father and brother are going to bring a uhaul of our stuff
to the new apartment. moving will suck.
i'm really dizzy right now. I'm not sure why. i had to do some work
tonight. i'm really tired.
while i was at home, i learned how to drive my brother's standard.
it was tough at first. i think it just takes some practice.
lots and lots.
i'm not sure why anyone would want to drive one permanently.
they're way to stressful.. fun..but too much work.
i like to do fifty other things in the car.. can't imagine
trying to do them while i'm shifting gears constantly.
i hope my work gets their internet working soon.
i keep having to transfer my computer home to send stuff
off to clients. very annoying.
oh well. i think i'm off to bed now.

okay. so i'm back at the office. sort of.
there's no internet at home so i've been doing the back and forth driving thing in order
to get files out to clients. it's a pain in the batooty!
today i had to come home and bring my office computer.
i had lunch with jeremy and his co-workers before i returned to work.
it's very interesting having the whole office open..
i love the atmosphere really..
it's a whole lot more social... and there's been a lot
of rubber band wars going on... i learned how to shoot
long range today. :)
the office is still dingy and needs lots of cleaning though.
and we have to work around construction workers..which
bothers me a lot... it's hard to concentrate with painting, scraping,
and banging going on...
i'll post pics up later.
we're going out to eat some grub.

i drove all the way to work today only to have to drive all the way back..
i wasn't able to log into my ftp site in order to get the work i had at home.

anyways.. i worked a full day today.. need to log those hours in now...

i just got through taking a nap.. mm.. nap.
i love naps.
jeremy and i made chicken sammys today. toasted bread, chicken ceasar dressing,
tomatoes, romaine lettuce, and bacon. mmmmm mmm mm.
now i'm staring out my window watching the cars go by...
gas is cheap right now. 1.34/gal.
across the street there's this bowling alley and a miniature golf place.
the miniature golf place has this big fountain that spits out water the color
of toilet blue. :)

well it's saturday. i still have some work to finish up from yesterday. i never did get to all of it. jerms is going to the eye doctor today. i think while i'm there i'll go pick up some color contacts. should be fun. i've had green ones before. wicked stuff.
yesterday, we went to jeremy's boss's parent's house. they all went on vacation and
they've got cows that had to be checked on.. really we just had to check to see if they had water in their troffs. the kept looking at me funny. mooooooo
we're about to eat some MaMa noodles. they're of the same class as ramen.. but
ten times better.

went to fazolli's for lunch. i had a salad and sphagetti with meat sauce. I had to give my order twice because the lady wasn't paying attention the first time. That kind pissed
me off. I don't know why she asked me what my order was if she didn't want to listen.
I guess what do you expect?
i had a one of those huge carpi sun giant pouches. It's about time they made drinks
for big people. :)
I worked all morning and now i don't want to do any more work. The office isn't ready still. I'm not complaining anymore. In fact, I don't know if I can go back to office life now.

yesterday i woke up throwing one of my worthless-self fits.
i seriously don't know how jerms has lasted this long.
hehehe. i'm a pill.
we ordered pizza for lunch from Papa Johns. I got hamburger, he got
bacon. We also went to the groceries and I got some
icecream sammys and a thing of strawberry chill! mmm mm mm good.
we played d2 for most of the day and then rented a DVD. Unbreakable.
It was all right. It certainly wasn't what i expected. The whole movie
revolved around comic book philosophy but it moved like a drama/mystery.
Interesting hybrid.
I've got a lot of work to do today. The office still wasn't ready so I still
get to work at home. yeah. *wink*

my car wouldn't start when i went to go pick up jerms to eat lunch.
my battery died on me. i think i know why. the overhead light is glitchy.
it must have been on all weekend. bleh.

good morning! i'm so happy. being this happy on a Monday morning
is illegal. i'm well aware of that...but i'm working from home today.
it's like a paid vacation for me...especially since the work hasn't rolled in yet.
i played diablo II expansion set all last night. I got to level 16...
we had to stop playing cuz jeremy had REAL work this morning. :)

you know, i don't think i want to go back to work.
maybe i won't. i'll just stay at home and not go back. :)

we should all just seek knowledge and not money..
too bad we've been socialized to crave shopping.
