the mechanic/handyman guy came and did his magic and now i have hot water.
there's a pool of mysterious water underneath the water heater though. also, we have no idea why the water heater stopped working. i suspsect it's because jeremy and i flipped the breakers when we were installing a new thermostat. i think the waterheater swtich is loose. i REALLY need to learn how to do my own handywoman stuff. it would save lots of money.

they have classes at Lowe's and Home Depot I think that teach you how to do stuff. when jeremy moves here, i think i'll sign us up for some classes.

the handyman is coming back tomorrow to check things out and make sure nothing is seriously wrong. the last thing i need is a waterheater coming through my ceiling.

i'm so tired too. i haven't been able to sleep lately. staying up late and all. just want a big fat nap on a stick.
