i ended up not watching american idol. i spent the entire evening cleaning up my brother's room from start to finish, from organizing to vacuuming. there's something about living in a more aesthetically pleasing environment that makes a clean home better. i feel better anyhow even though i don't use my brother's room. at least i know i can if i wanted to. on to my room next. first thing i have to do is figure out what wall hangings will go out into the trash and which will stay..then i'll move down from there. i'm going to do my best to get rid of most of my junk.
jeremy and eric came back all sweaty and stinky. shower and then go eat is the plan. they were both excited about having played basketball because enough people showed up so they could play a real game at full court. i've played basketball once or twice for a real game, usually two on two, and it is a really good workout.
after playing basketball and pointing to his stomach, jeremy says, "three times a week, this bad boy is gonna disappear. glub glub will be gone. hi ho tight stomach to jeremy."
hehe. anyhow. i'm about to fill my stomach up with some food. we saw this home country kitchen restaurant off the highway the other day. we might have to try that out.
did anyone watch american idol? was it the usual? anything good happen?
